Abiola Laseinde is a visionary business executive, legal expert, and innovation strategist with over 20 years of multisectoral experience across Africa. As the Founder and CEO of Edniesal Consulting, she leads the firm’s mission to deliver high-impact advisory services across digital transformation, market entry, governance, and business scale-up in emerging markets.
Under her leadership, Edniesal Consulting has become the exclusive strategic partner for Techcom’s Africa expansion, responsible for designing and executing the roadmap for local entry, ecosystem engagement, regulatory alignment, and commercial acceleration across multiple African markets.
Her proven track record includes managing regional operations, navigating complex regulatory landscapes, and forging high-level government and private sector partnerships across Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, and beyond. She has previously served as Group General Counsel and Head of Corporate Services at PZ Cussons Africa, overseeing corporate governance, government relations, sustainability, and legal operations across West and East Africa.
In addition to her advisory credentials, Abiola is the Convener of the CIO & C-Suite Awards Africa—the continent’s premier platform celebrating excellence in tech leadership—and the Founder of The CIO & C-Suite Club Africa, a community of over 1,000 senior IT and business executives.
Her passion for inclusive innovation also led her to establish the Ladies in Tech & Leadership Network (LITL), which supports women leaders across Africa’s digital economy.
